Theologians hold closed-door meeting in Rome on guidance document for October synod
Approximately 20 theologians are gathered in Rome from June 4–13 to draft the guiding document for the next assembly of the Synod on Synodality. This closed-door session, held at the Jesuit general curia, will prepare the 'Instrumentum Laboris 2' for the October synod. Participants are analyzing reports from local communities and various Church groups to ensure comprehensive insights and reflections. The initial document from this meeting is expected to be released in early July.
